Kreis, who is also the owning broker of Kearney Rental Pros, has more than a decade of property management and real estate experience in the Kearney Area. Although her background is diverse it has always been sales based.
A Midwest native, Kreis lived in California for 22 years before relocating to Kearney in 2004,
Kreis was originally born and raised in the Midwest, lived in California for 22 years and then moved to Kearney in 2004.
After moving to Kearney, her real estate career took off working for a local developer and establishing their property management company.
Kreis joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2009 to head up their division of Kearney Rental Pros, growing the division in two short years into a $1 million-a-year company. In 2011, she purchased Kearney Rental Pros and made it a standalone Brokerage called Vertical Focus Realty.
But she has taken pride in giving back to her community in many ways, as she is a longtime member of the Kearney Public School Board.
Looking to take her real estate business to the next level, Kreis opted to team with kwELITE in 2022, noting it allowed her to continue providing her clients with an elite service with even more modern tools.
